   Get it Done is a project management system that anyone can use to manage on-going projects with his/her team. You can easily create spaces, where unlimited numbers of people can message with each other, assign tasks and share files. The free version offers you 2 spaces and 25MB for file sharing. Paid versions offer you up to 20GB of sharing space and up to 150 spaces.

   Intodit is a web service for creating Wiki groups. After you create an account and start a group, you can invite people to join you, and start creating pages, sharing files, add YouTube videos, engage in discussions and more. The service is completely free to use and requires registration.

4. GroupBoard
   
   GroupBoard is a web-based application that you can use to create whiteboarding sessions. You can create hosted whiteboards, which you can embed on your website or use on a public URL, where people can draw, add images and shapes and instant message with each other. The free version is limited to 5 users per session, but you can check the other plans.
