    Clearspace is collaboration space that creates a unified collaboration space that's accessible via the Web from anywhere. It enables you to work with your team using collaborative wiki documents, binary documents (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documents) or blogs. Real-time notification capabilities allow you to see who is currently editing a document or you can be notified of all the changes made via email, instant message alerts and RSS feeds. The enterprise version is $15 per user/year.

    Mindquarry is an open-source software that combines file sharing, wiki, task management and communication software into a powerful team infrastructure that allows teams to collaborate more effectively. You can share documents, ideas, thoughts and definitions and edit them with people at the same time while its file manager stores snapshots of documents edited by your team and makes them searchable. In the future it ill also have a chat area.

    Agora is a new break-through online collaboration platform. It is still in very early beta but this a tool to follow. After you install it on a server it enables you to have video-conferences with an unlimited number of people,,share your desktop and broadcast movies. It also has a whiteboard and a text chat. Plus you can record your session for future analysis.
