You can use TeamWork Live to organize your information, manage projects, centralize team communication, share documents and files, collaborate with clients and remote teams, build an intranet or knowledgebase, plan events, share information for sales and support, coordinate group research, and more.

TeamWork Live is hosted so there is no software to install or maintain. All you need to get started is a web browser and an internet connection.

TeamWork Live offers a variety of plans to suit your needs. The basic plan is free and offers 5 MB storage space.

Using TeamWork Live, your team can quickly create mini-websites for sharing information. Your information is stored in a centralized location - accessible with just a web browser - giving everyone in your team hassle-free access to the information they need to get things done.

With TeamWork Live you can share version-tracked files with your co-workers, remote teams, and clients. Each user also has a personal calendar for managing their own events and tasks. You can attach files to any content page you create and access those files from anywhere with internet access.

TeamWork Live provides a search engine that allows you to search content pages, comments, and even uploaded files (Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and more).

It is possible for you to download your content pages and files as a ZIP file so that you can access them when you are offline.

TeamWork Live allows commenting on content pages as a way of discussing and providing feedback. You benefit from discussions that are centralized and searchable.

When you send a message using TeamWork Live, the latest page or file being discussed is automatically included with the message so that the person receiving the message can respond more effectively.

Team activity logs allow you to quickly see what is happening in your teams. Authenticated RSS feeds for each team are also available if you prefer to get updates through your favorite news reader.

TeamWork Live provides rich text editing support for document authoring. Pages being edited are automatically locked and you can save multiple versions of a page (and compare changes between versions).

TeamWork Live's alerts and notifications system helps you when you are invited to join new teams, assigned to new tasks, get new messages, and more. Additionally, you can configure TeamWork Live to notify you by email of changes important to you.

TeamWork Live is a hosted service: all you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser to use it. Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 6 or later, Firefox, and Safari (rich text editing feature is not available for Safari). For the service to function correctly, cookies, JavaScript, and pop-ups must be enabled.
