Facts:
An incredible amount of new technologies is coming to market every month. In the last 12 months alone over forty new technology solutions have entered the real-time collaboration, conferencing or live presentation markets.
Companies in these industries need to know who their competitors are and where the state of the art is. Offering a product in this information-market without thick knowledge of what the others are doing maybe very costly in terms of wasted time and resources.
The communication and collaboration markets are very big. They offer, especially in terms of global adoption, enormous opportunities to each and every company operating at correct market rates and offering a quality and reliable service.
People like to use an infinite array of different tools to communicate, present and collaborate. Companies need think that they all have to be some kind of competitor to WebEx or Live Meeting.
The conferencing, collaboration and live presentation markets are in themselves sub-divided in many smaller markets defined by the type of activity, end user group, size of participating audiences, technological infrastructures available, costs, etc.
The competitive edge can be gained by having an overarching awareness of all of that is happening in these industries while having enough resources to gather and capture first hand what the end users, the real people making the buying decisions have on their requirements lists.
Marketing VPs need to have a better grasp on what is moving out there and what are the areas, functionalities and solutions that are emerging as effective solutions.
Each company needs to carefully evaluate new, innovative marketing and pricing approaches that are in sync with the times and offers we find elsewhere around the next link we click. Companies cant force their business view and pricing justifications to customers, they need to stop and start listening to what customers really want.
If you want to hear which are the best tools to look out to, if you want to learn which are the functionalities that everyone is overlooking and which can give a competitive edge to your technology today,.sign-up now, if you want to find out where and how these technologies are best applied, come over an take a seat.
