Talk Online With Any PC User Around The World With Crystal Clear Voice And No Long-Distance Charges

Susan and Sepp have an international distribution company selling health foods and vitamins to the European market. They have a large number of pharmacies and health food shops which they supply with the quality brands they exclusively import from overseas.

Susan is in charge of orders and she is frequently on the phone with the US to find out availability and shipping time of her orders. Sepp manages the distribution channels and has to respond to a lot of customer requests relating prices, shipping, new products and more. This activity by itself takes away several hours of his time and of the time of his assistant that helps him on this task.

Susan and Sepp spend over $ 450 of long distance phone calls per month just to handle and support these tasks.

One day Francis comes in, Sepp and Susan's technology guru and advisor.

Francis has just been testing a new breed of tools that allow normal business people and individuals to talk over the Internet with a quality as good or better than the one of the traditional telephone while clearly avoiding all of the typical long distance charges commanded by our telephone company.

As Francis mentions to Susan how excited he has been over the results and quality voice exchanges he has been able to do with distant friends in Australia and South America, Susan responds that she has no time to learn a new application and that she has already tested one of these services but she has not been impressed with the results.

Francis tells Susan, that there are many alternative solutions available today and that each one has some unique peculiar characteristics that set and define its best application(s).

He also points out to Sepp that for groups living in major cities and in other well connected areas, there are reliable options offering the opportunity to videoconference, present, and share documents and files while talking.

As both Susan and Sepp remain perplexed and undecided when confronted with this news, Francis decides to set up immediately a free conferencing room for them so that they can see how good was the technology he is referring to.

Thanks to Robin Good's Official Guide To Web Conferencing And Live Presentation Tools, Francis has a fully working Web and Video conferencing room, powered by RealityFusion TeamView, ready in less than 5 minutes (seriously). He invites both to join a test session in the room he has set-up, and awaits their responses from his office.

After 2 minutes Susan is already logged in the room and speaking into the microphone:
"Francis, I can't believe how well I hear your voice! It is better than the telephone. Gosh, I am going to call and talk to everyone I know on the other side of the ocean."

Sepp, logs in soon after and since he has his webcam on, Francis can see the happy expression on his face and his eyes rolling. What Sepp likes the most about TeamView is a feature that allows him to send order receipts, invoices or even new catalogues and price lists to his own customers and while talking to them.

Sepp and Susan have gotten so excited with this tool that Francis has to leave while they are already chatting and talking to several distant friends they have not heard in a long time.

Do you need the same things Sepp and Susan have been looking for?

You too, like Sepp and Susan, can get today a lot more than you are ready to bargain for. A whole new breed of cost-effective live conferencing tools for individuals and small companies are available for immediate use.
You don't need WebEx, Centra or Placeware to do the things that Tim needed to do.
