Scott Allen is the About.com Entrepreneurs Guide (entrepreneurs.about.com) and publisher of the Online Business Networking News (www.OnlineBusinessNetworking.com/archive.htm). He is co-author of "Make Your Business Click: How to Value and Grow Your Business Relationships Online and Off" (www.OnlineBusinessNetworking.com/ebooks.htm) and the forthcoming book, tentatively title "Virtual Handshakes: Leveraging Online Social Networks to Grow Your Business". He was previously VP of Product Management for Mongoose Technology, developers of a framework and design tool for online communities and collaboration-focused enterprise portals.
