Robert Randall has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wave Three Software since its inception in April 2002. He has lead the company to develop the communication industry’s foremost converged software application for desktop communication and collaboration. Holding firm to the principles of conforming to IETF standards and interoperability with other conforming user agents, the Wave Three Software team has achieved its goal of providing the highest quality, flexible and scalable solution available today.

From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Randall was a founder of, and ultimately Executive Vice President, Board member, and COO of Verado Holdings, Inc. (formerly FirstWorld Communications, Nasdaq: VRDO), a full service voice, data, systems integration, and application service provider.

From 1974 to 1994, Mr. Randall was founder and President of Randall Lamb Associates, Consulting Engineers, providers of planning and design services to the construction industry.

Mr. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering degree from San Diego State University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in California, Arizona, and Texas
