Dr. Gillian Kerr is an organizational psychologist who runs RealWorld Systems (www.realworldsystems.net), a small consulting company that specializes in policy and program evaluations and information systems for government and nonprofits in Canada and the United States.

Over the last few years, Gillian has been working on the development of distance research collaborations, the technology needs of nonprofits, the accessibility of technology to people with disabilities, and evaluations of immigration and settlement services.

Her previous positions have included Vice President of one of the largest United Ways in the world; Vice President of MarketLink Corporation, a Canadian technology company; and many years as a rehabilitation psychologist working with people with disabilities.
