Co-Founder and CEO of GrassRoots Communications, Inc. (GRCLive - Live video conferencing) Cery Perle is a proficient businessman with experience in numerous start-up ventures. Professionally, Cery Perle's primary focus and experience has been in the sales and marketing of innovative ideas and products, which eventually led him to branch out on his own with an original safety device, the now widely-recognized earthquake automatic gas shut-off valve. Cery Perle went on to become Founder of CLP Industries, the manufacturing company that designed and marketed earthquake automatic shut-off valve and because of his perseverance and incredible intuition of market prediction, the earthquake valve was a huge success and was soon mandated in the state of California for all new homes.

Cery Perle has also worked as a loan officer and top sales producer for numerous financial institutions. His vast sales experience and extreme devotion to these projects resulted in a huge network of influential contacts and earned him a reputation as an honest, driven, successful businessman. He further expanded his experience in this area by entering the securities and investment-banking industry where he ultimately became President/CEO of a national Broker/Dealer that was registered with the NASD, and established four branch offices in addition to the West Coast based corporate office of the investment firm. Cery Perle went on to play an integral role in business development through his investment firm and it's investments arms, and orchestrated the successful financing for a variety of start-up ventures, one of which was bought out by Compaq for $220 Million, primarily for its advanced technological infrastructure as well as its encryption transaction engine, search engine and EDI processing.

Cery Perle has also overseen the planning and management of the initiating and finalizing successful strategic alliances and acquisitions, as well as the raising of capital for many businesses. Before founding and establishing GrassRoots Communications, Inc., and assuming the role of CEO, Cery Perle helped numerous companies to secure the necessary financing and successfully enter the public market during his days at Waldron. It is this very success, paired with his past experiences and proven talents that led Cery Perle to found and serve as CEO of GrassRoots Communications, Inc., a position that utilizes his strengths and his passion, working to improve the reliability and affordability of communications for businesses of every size worldwide.
