What is Kolabora?

Kolabora is an independent forum about online collaboration, Web conferencing and real-time live presentation technologies, and the issues, problems and solutions relating to them. Kolabora is an online set of shared public spaces where anyone can find detailed information about the world of online work and collaboration.

I am Robin Good, and I am the mind, heart and legs behind this project. Kolabora is authored, written and maintained by me.

Kolabora is my main online publication and meeting space for everything "online collaboration", "web conferencing", "live presentations".

My only assistant in this project so far is Mihai Bocsaru, who executes HTML templates, and is my main assistant in refining and improving the usability and interface design of the site. Much of the original information architecture work has been carried with the dedicated assistantship of Nicole Neuberger.

I have created this site because I wanted to have an online public space in which people, experts and not, could start engaging and talking about the world of online collaboration.

I wanted a space outside the high walls of the enterprise but which did not exclude the corporate users from being able to benefit and contribute to this as well.

Kolabora is a free public space, in which there is nothing to pay to get your information, to ask question or to share your expert know-how.
